Tom Leonard, CMM
Co-Founder
Starting as a mechanical engineer, Tom has leveraged lean process engineering approaches to the maintenance field. He has used the Toyota Kata, Training Within Industry methodology, along with Lean Six Sigma to implement best practices in manufacturing plants. He is a Certified Maintenance Manager, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and instructor in Job Instruction, Relations, and Methods. Tom has set up Defect Elimination programs to address recurrent breakdown issues using the “Don’t Just Fix It, Improve It” approach. Operating under an Improvement Kata umbrella, Tom has pulled in the pertinent UpTime Elements to systematically eliminate problems stemming from the Five Sources of Defects.
In his spare time, Tom enjoys camping with his family, helping with the local hockey team, and is a member of the Rotary Club of Wenatchee.

Meet Jill Leonard, the marketing brains behind Chaos Control Solutions, your go-to squad for wrangling chaos into marketing magic. With over a decade of rollercoaster rides in the world of communications, Jill's the laid-back guru who knows how to turn brand chaos into pure, unadulterated success.
Always a marketer, Jill grew up in a family business and learned the importance of a solid campaign and clear communications. Armed with a degree in Marketing Communications from the University of Montana, Jill stumbled into the wild world of marketing with a mix of curiosity and a knack for storytelling. In addition to marketing and communications, Jill has extensive experience in event management.
Jill's secret sauce? A combo of strategic smarts and creative flair that hits the sweet spot every time. From brainstorming epic marketing strategies actually to making them happen, she's all about keeping it real and getting those results that make jaws drop.
But it's not all boardroom buzz with Jill. She's big on building a crew that feels more like family – where ideas flow freely and laughs are a daily occurrence. In her book, diversity isn't just a buzzword; it's the spice of life that makes Chaos Control Solutions tick.
